Cacique, Oaxaca Cheese, 10 oz

One of my most memorable trips to my life was to Oaxaca, Mexico. It is well known for its authentic, flavorful food. Ha ha! I haven't eaten this particular type of Oaxaca cheese since I moved to New York. I love this cheese, whatever the reason may be. There is something wrong with this cheese. I am totally dissatisfied with the flavor and texture. The taste is similar to rubber or artificial. I hate it.
