It's a single can with a diameter of ten inches and a height of two inches; 30 ounces of cheese is a lot! Remember, this is an artisan product that will continue to develop and improve if left unopened in your fridge for another year or more. I've never been able to achieve that level of self-confidence, but I know people who do. control, as well as the aged cheese, which is fantastic!
That is an excellent query. Shipping costs have come up in other answers. I paid $10 to ship three different cans/flavors to GA. Others' mileage may vary, but anyone interested in purchasing this cheese should order directly first; I was able to get three cans shipped to me for $30 each. On Amazon, this item is currently half-priced.
I don't recall the expiration date, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't close to when I got it. I'm sorry for not being able to provide a more comprehensive response. It was and always will be delicious, I can assure you.

It doesn't matter what the 5 star rating says; it's a lie. My can was a year old, and the product was not creamy or moist, but rather hard as a rock and tasted bad. It was a $40 squandering. The only positive thing I can say is that the shipping was extremely quick, indicating that they were eager to get rid of this noxious product as quickly as possible. THIS STUFF SHOULD NOT BE PURCHASED.
This was the first time I ordered WSU Creamery Smoky Cheddar from Amazon, and I bought two of them. Both cans were dented and most likely broken when it arrived. It is impossible to return this item. They were supposed to be Christmas presents, but they've been thrown away. 60 dollars for each can poured down the drain. I enjoy this cheese, but I've learned not to buy it on Amazon. There will be no more. This product is best purchased directly from the WSU Creamery, in my opinion. It will take longer to ship, but it will be handled much better because it will be shipped via UPS.

For years, my family has enjoyed WSU cheeses, which we have received as Christmas gifts from our extended family. All of their cheeses are delicious, and the proceeds benefit the Washington State University cheese program, so it's a win-win situation. win!.
