I've never tried freezing it, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. The cheese is of excellent quality. It comes in a very tight package with very little excess air, and it tastes great. In addition, the package easily and securely reseals.

Tonight was the first time I had opened it. Mold had grown on the cheese! Ewwww. The expiration date was correct, but something wasn't quite right. Maybe it's something to do with how Amazon stores the item. The package was thrown away immediately.

Cheese that tastes like the real thing

I wish the slices were separated by par meant sheets. I like the tangy flavor, but it takes a lot of patience to pry the slices apart. br>Perhaps it would be easier to just cut the cheese into strips before making the grilled cheese sandwiches. In my air fryer, I like to grill until the cheese is bubbly and just starting to brown. br>Perfect for a night in. br>Perfect for sprinkling on top of macaroni and cheese. also includes a cheese dish.

The flavor is excellent

On a weekend, I went to Ralphs and did a taste test on all of the prepackaged Medium Cheddars. Sargento is the winner! Kraft? NO! Kroger? I'm not sure what kind of cheese it is, but it has no taste. I believe it is the freshly sliced cheese. It's especially better at Boars Head Deli. Sargento, on the other hand, is good for a quick grab.

Cheese of good quality

It's a good cheese. It has a nice sharpness to it, which I like. Although I prefer the sharper cheddar, this works well on a sandwich with chicken or other mild meats. It's also great for the tomato-bacon-lettuce combination.

I'm sure it's a good brand; all I have to do now is buy everything in the store. However, something has changed recently with other cheeses; they are no longer made in the same way they were prior to the pandemic. It is unclear what is happening with the foods.
