What is the flavor of mature American cheese? When it comes to cheddar, I prefer something that has been aged with calcite crystals, has a firm and crumbly texture, and has an off-white color

When it's hot outside, I won't order, but the cheese is delicious

If it hadn't separated due to the heat, I'm sure it would have been better. When I opened the package, there was a lot of oil, which was unexpected and messy. Is the texture supposed to have some grit to it? As if it were accumulating. When it gets colder, I might order again. Thank you very much for the cheese.
