I used to eat it on a regular basis until the local store that sold it closed. During the coronavirus quarantine, I looked for goat cheese on Amazon and came across this one. When it arrived, I immediately placed an order and sampled the cheese. It's delicious! It's the ideal combination of tangy and sweet, in my opinion. ness and cheddar cheese ness. I'm overjoyed that one of my favorite goat cheeses is once again available! The cheese arrived in an insulted container with plenty of cold packs, and it was delivered quickly. Shipping is a little pricey to cover the cost of the coolers and cold packs, but you only have to pay for the shipping materials once, so ordering two, three, or more cheeses is a better deal.
Goat cheese and cheddar cheese are two of my favorites. This goat cheese was tasty. I guess I'm so used to buying sharp cheddar that I was hoping for a little more "bite" from this. It had a mild cheddar flavor with a tinge of goat cheesy tang at the finish. br>br>I'm not sure I'll order it again because it was a little too mild for me. This is a great option if you like mild cheddars and/or don't eat cow's milk cheese.

This cheese has no discernible cheddar flavor, but that does not make it a bad cheese. It has a mild flavor, a good consistency, and is easy to slice, melt, and grate (not too soft, not too hard). I frequently grate it to use as a topping for pizza or other dishes that require melted cheese. I like it on flavored crackers as well: It's not overpowering, so it doesn't get in the way of other flavors.
I've been to France a few times and am a huge fan of great cheese. I am, however, on a lactose-free diet at the moment. I'm on a strict diet, and the only type of cheese I can eat is goat cheese, which is difficult to come by in my small rural town in West Texas. The parsley layer(?) was not to my liking. This log of cheese has a ) on the outside of it. I was reminded of a day-to-day situation. grass clippings from the previous season I wouldn't put fresh herbs on goat cheese that would be sitting in the store's fridge for a few days.
The flavor is particularly appealing to me. Because I'm allergic to cow's milk, I've been able to enjoy a lot of my old recipes.
The flavor was spot on, and the texture was firm enough to cut but soft enough to break if I so desired. We will buy again in the future!.
