I was under the impression that I would be assigned a case. I just paid $12 for it. I'll be more cautious next time; this item costs under $3 at Sprouts, so don't fall for it.
If you like the taste of cheese but don't want to eat dairy or animal products, this is a great "cheesy" snack for you. This is one of the best-tasting vegan cheese snacks I've ever tried. However, it is overpriced on Amazon, and the cost of the pro continues to rise.
50- 00 in my neighborhood, making this a 1. I couldn't afford to buy it again because it was 5 times the price. br>br>Also, they're not the same as cheez it. The texture is there, but the flavor isn't as 'cheesy' as it could be. It has a higher umami content than cheese, but I really enjoy it. br>br>I'm curious if adding lactic acid and butter flavoring would make them taste more like the original. I didn't see either on the list of ingredients, but they're in all of my favorite vegan cheddar snacks, so I'm guessing they provide the missing 'cheesy' flavor.
My wife's was progressive, so she could eat dairy without difficulty. Cheese was one of her favorite foods when she was younger. It is, but it hasn't been able to have them for a long time. She burst out laughing when she tried these and ate almost the entire box in one sitting. They are also a hit with my four-year-old son. He refers to them as "Cheese-eating Machines. " " I have no idea why. Haha.
It's aimed at vegans. This is fantastic. They have a Cheez-It flavor to them. its. They appear to be identical to them. Not in the sense of "it's close enough," but rather as I recall Cheez-It. It has a distinct flavor. It's crazy what people are cooking for vegans and vegetarians these days. br>br>After only two years as a vegan, I've discovered that I enjoy the taste of cheese and meat (yeah, I know, the diehards are judging me so harshly). It is what it is, and I am grateful to have such products. I would strongly suggest it.
In the UK, Sainsbury's sells a delicious vegan block cheese in their 'Without' section, but the United States has yet to figure out how to make vegan cheese or cheesy products that taste like cheese! 🙁.
I was overjoyed when I came across these for my daughter. She yearns for Cheez-It's flavor. It’s. When you first put one in your mouth, everything tastes great, but as you chew it, the flavor shifts from cheese to a strange oil sweetness that tastes like a cookie. Yuck! I would not purchase these items again. They did not appeal to her. They were unappealing to us. I was completely let down.
Munchies were my favorite chips before going vegan, and I couldn't find anything to satisfy my hunger. There were no vegan cheese crackers available! I was having a nervous breakdown. Fortunately, Amazon came up with a fantastic alternative to cheez-its. Thank goodness it is! The only reason it isn't a five-star rating is because the crackers' aftertaste is a little strange; obviously, this comes with the territory, but just keep some water or your favorite drink on hand to wash it away.
