It is an absolute pleasure to do business with basil grocery. While purchasing the product, I mistakenly thought I was receiving a larger amount than I actually was. Refunds have been requested and a complaint has been filed. There was no question about the refund. It was given right away, I was apologized for, and there was no wait. After looking back, I see that I was clearly in the wrong, but they still put the customer first. Getting the customer to understand that he or she is always right can be difficult (especially if they are wrong), but Basil Grocery got the job done! Before you click the purchase button, always make sure you're an informed consumer!.

The texture is very thick and dry, and the product does not have any flavor. Since the cheese sticks weren't soft, I don't think my dogs would have eaten them before I tried them myself. I've had other cheese sticks that were more flavorful and It would have been a good cheese stick if Kraft had made it.
