Throughout the years I've tried and used many types and brands of cheese on my pizzas, but this has been my most reliable. There are four main types of In my opinion, the asiago cheese in this product makes it better than other prepared cheese mixes, for taste at least. Even if I use sliced provolone or fresh mozzarella as the main topping, I usually supplement with some of this mix to add flavor and cover crust edges with cheese.
I am writing this based on the ingredients list on the website which is incorrect at the moment. Potato starch appears on the label, but corn starch appears on the package. This may cause an allergic reaction in people who have a corn allergy.
