There is no indication on the package that this product is gluten free. I contacted Kraft Foods and spoke to someone who verified that it was gluten free. There was little help from him. If the bag is marked gluten free, then yes *br> they guarantee the gluten-free status of the item. Her responses were very evasive. I would assume that this is not gluten free from her comments, and it is not noted as gluten free anywhere on the packaging. I hope you find this helpful.

A fine shred is always a winner! These Kraft people are fine shredders, man. It's just awesome. The Mexican blend cheese is among my favorite types of cheese, and I am not particular about what brand I use, but wow the fine shred really adds a level of complexity to the flavor that I never expected! I especially like the taste and feel of it in my mouth. Fine ground shreds also allow you to control the density of the sprinkle Whatever your preference may be, from thin to extra thick. In the future I'll definitely stick with the super fine shred!.
Cheese of the highest quality. when I don't have another cheese available to make quesadillas for my 3 year old on taco night and when I'm making quesadillas for my family.
The only reason to give it just four stars is that when it is stored in the fridge, the cheese tends to clump together after it is opened.
