This cheese is the best I've ever had. It lasts forever you can freeze them before you open them and stock up on it which is what I tend to do, as I love it so much. Also, I like Sargento, though they cost a little more.
Whenever I eat Mexican cheese and cheddar cheese together, I like it. Tacos, burritos, and enchiladas can all be prepared with it. find that we can also make Mexican Mac and Cheese with onions (types you select) and salsa by adding it to macaroni and cheese. In fact, celery is added to the recipe.
It is usually my favorite Kraft cheese, but the Mexican style cheddar jack did not impress me with the flavor. I know they put starch into the shredded cheese in order to keep it from sticking together, but this time they went too far. I like it because it's convenient, easy to use, and will store well in the fridge for an extended period of time. The only thing that can be improved is the taste of water.
