I'm not sure, but it comes vacuum sealed, and given how dense the cheese is, I believe it could be frozen without affecting its integrity. Mine has a 7/12/21 expiration date, but I'm sure I'll have finished it long before then.

We ordered this four-pack twice, and the first time it arrived, it was extremely well-packaged. Styrofoam insulation and cold packs that have been tightly taped up. The contents of the box were pleasant to my eyes when I first opened it. The box was packaged the same way the second time, but the mail carrier left it in the driveway on a 90-degree day in direct sunlight, clearly labeled "PERISHABLE ITEM" "KEEP OUT OF SUN" on all sides. We threw the contents away after I opened the box and found it to be quite warm inside. The seller does a fantastic job of providing a high-quality, well-packaged product, but it is a perishable item that is out of their control once it is shipped. I'm not sure I'll buy through the mail again, which isn't the seller's fault. The product is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the packaging is excellent, but.
This cypriot cheese arrived in a timely manner, packaged in a keep-cool container. The cheese was not dried out and was in perfect condition. If you can find it, it'll be less expensive than at the local supermarket. It's the ideal cheese for frying up with some fresh fruit for breakfast. I recall excellent taste and quality from Cyprus and Astoria, Queens.

Excellent halloumi at a reasonable price that always arrives sooner than expected. During shipping, it was kept cool, and the halloumi was fantastic! Also, it was delivered quickly! We've purchased this halloumi at least five times and it's always delicious!.
However, it's a refreshing change. The texture is firm but not hard, and the flavor is similar to that of Mozzarella, though slightly saltier. It does not melt when placed in a hot pan with some olive oil. AT ALL. It holds its shape and browns beautifully.
I just got my package a little over an hour ago and started working right away. Gel packs were used to pack the product very well. Vacuum sealing is used to keep the cheese fresh. I had a taste of it and it transported me back in time! I had a strong desire to consume the entire meal. It was very tasty.

This is something we really enjoy doing. Cut it into cubes, skewer it, and grill it like chicken kebabs are the best way to use it. In many countries, it is a vegetarian favorite because of its delicious flavor.
