The first time I saw a review of it was on Jacks's Cooking Show It was really good to have a sampler of cheeses with such a variety of flavors. cheeses were mild but distinct. I had a fun cheese tasting party with my family of four and I will pick up members of my family As much fun as it was to try to put words to the food The favorites in our house were SeaHive, Big John's Cajun, Apple Walnut Smoked, and Promontory. I enjoyed hearing what everyone thought. The SeaHive and Big John's Cajun were the favorites in my house. They were all extremely smooth and liked by everyone. I thought that Barely Buzzed and Teahive had the lowest scores throughout my house, but they were still interesting to try. (My mother particularly liked Barely Buzzed. ) It was packaged in a cardboard box with a thick foam inlay and Glazier Ice refrigerant packs to keep it It will be my pleasure to purchase from them again and I look forward to trying other cheeses they have to I had a great time buying this.
