There is something to be said about traditional cheeses that are rich in In choosing this selection, I was drawn to three cheeses that are traditional and one cheese that sounds extremely intriguing despite being a novelty cheese. I am surprised that it does not have any flavor, especially sweet or Cheddar, let alone a "mature Cheddar". The cheese was so bland and uninteresting that I have never had it before. The cheese is soft like Brie, but it is devoid of the fine flavor of Brie. I'm sorry to say that you spent all of your money on this assortment. In this case, if you enjoy very mild cheeses and like being surprised at what they send you, then this is the right assortment It is clear that some purchasers were pleased with their purchase. Wishing you luck that is better than mine. While I love to try new foods, I also strive to get at least the same amount of value for my money as I spent on it. There was no information on the label about the ingredients and nutritional value of any of the cheeses. If they had diabetes or an allergy, they wouldn't be able to tell.

In the past few years, I have purchased from iGourmet three to four times. As a follow up to my first order, there was a small issue that I just noted as an awareness, but the staff went all out to meet my expectations and not only fixed the issue (I was already satisfied), but blew me away. We have received excellent service from subsequent orders as well. Not to mention how delicious the cheese is, I enjoy the service here. My shopping cart would be full of 50 pounds of cheese if I could, because I would order it now. They really do have a great selection. Considering giving cheese to all the cheese-loving friends I know for this year's holiday gift give, I am giving thought to my plans for this year. DO NOT ORDER IN SUMMER MONTHS!

They will try to ship, but the "insulated carton" is no better than the shell used for fast food- will not keep food cool outside of the carton. Delivery on the same day. They also substituted for some items without first asking for permission. The issues were not uncommon, but the issues themselves were not unusual enough for them to cause problems.
