It doesn't matter which kind of cheese I eat. I thought this might be a good substitute for a trip to Wisconsin, since it's not possible right now due to the social distance. The idea is terrific! On a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, I like to put Gouda on top. We snacked on a fruit and cheese platter that I made for hubby and me to sample and enjoy. I loved the nice variety and my husband liked it as well. In heavy vacuum sealed bags with freezer packs, the cheese was well packaged. The weather in Michigan is still very cold, so the cheeses were still in good condition when we bought them. My next order will be placed soon.

For the love of God, tell me how you rate cheese. There's cheese in it! Consuming the food should be a necessity. There were a variety of flavors associated with the cheeses. It was a pleasure to see all of them. There was one that particularly caught my attention, and I kept returning to it. To ensure that all the cheese would last at least a week, I had planned ahead. Both of them and I did not share. We promise that you will be happy greedy after tasting this cheese. It was a flavorful smorgasbord for me, and I stuffed my face with flavors as I enjoyed them on crackers, in salads, on baked potatoes, in pasta and rice dishes, and in egg dishes. The packaging of the product is a mystery to me. For me, the cheese was all that mattered. If you're willing to part with it, this would make a great gift.

I was surprised at how delicious these cheeses were! As I served them with red grapes, dried figs and dried cranberries, I paired them with cheese. It is hard to imagine a better combination than smoked Gouda and dried figs!.
