I rinsed the rice until it was almost clear, then soaked it for about 24 hours in a sticky rice steamer and got perfect sticky rice

1 cup rice + 2 cups water 3 quarts of water Recipes and cooking instructions could be improved. Cooking under pressure is also a good option.
