I baked one individual portion for about 12 minutes at 400 degrees in the oven. I couldn't get the Amazon label off, so I didn't know how long to bake or at what temperature. Just in time, I removed my baked mochi from the oven. It'd nicely puffed up. It was not too dark outside. It was a little gooey and sticky on the inside. br>In the middle of the "puff," I made a hole. Allow a teaspoon of honey to drip into the hole. The end result was very satisfying, almost like eating dessert. But I just wanted to mention that I purchased this package about two weeks ago. When I went back to buy another one today, I noticed the price had increased by $4. That's completely unbelievable. So I ordered two packages of nutritional supplements and organic foods from another online retailer. and received two packages for the price of one package on Amazon now. It's now ridiculous to think that anyone would pay $18 for a single package of mochi. Despite the fact that it is an excellent product. I dislike it when Amazon raises prices on a product when no one else does. It's simply not nice to treat loyal customers in this manner! For that greedy behavior, I should deduct a few stars, but I'm evaluating Eden's mochi quality, not Amazon's business practices.
I wish I could find this in a large slab near me, but since I can't, I'll keep ordering from this site. However, it takes a long time (approximately 4 hours) to arrive. 6 weeks).
This is an excellent product. It's also sprouted and organic, so it's an added bonus. special!.
Mochi bread is one of my favorite foods. For those who cannot eat wheat, take one square, cut it into four pieces, and bake it at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. It is gluten-free. free. With a dollop of butter on top, this dish is fantastic.
It's delicious with soup or on its own with butter or a sauce.
It's convenient to have it on hand.
