After my first two packages were misplaced on their way to me, I decided to try again. I placed a third order, and when I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. This is what I got in the mail. I had been attempting to obtain this gift for three weeks. There was no thin outer plastic around it, but everything appeared to be closed at first, and when I opened it up, it was all melted together. It had a bad, stale flavor to it. I felt betrayed and humiliated. I could pick up all four rows from one quarter because they were all stuck together like this. It was necessary for me to discard it. I was completely let down. To finally get one of good quality, I had to pay two dollars more from another seller.

Joyva Raspberry jell rings have long been a favorite of mine. I had already bought and consumed 5 boxes of 9 oz. prior to purchasing this box. Target has them all. I figured I'd go ahead and get the 5 pound box. That is not the case. The product I received was stale; the chocolate had dried up and cracked off the rings, and the texture of the Jell Rings was no longer soft or smooth, but rather almost crunchy. terrible. To be fair, this isn't the case with all of the rings. I'd say that 30% of the box is just not edible, 20% are OK and the other 50% are exactly what you would expect, a smooth textured chocolate covered Jell ring. So, if you are comfortable paying full price for only 50% of what you would expect, buy this product. Otherwise, steer clear. I recently attempted to process a return and was told by AMAZON that this item is not eligible for refund or return.

inedible. So I had previously ordered Marshmallow Twists as well as Jelly Rings. Twists met my expectations, and I was very pleased with them. Time, date, and order are all the same. Jelly Rings were bought by me. I was so dissatisfied with the product's quality that I sent an e-mail to the company. I sent a letter to the distributor, expressing my dissatisfaction, but received no reply. I threw away the product (jelly Rings) and promised myself that I would never order another product. (In my history as to who the Distributor was) In a nutshell, I was extremely dissatisfied with this product and will never recommend or order it again. DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM. I WAS RIPPED OFF! Twists have never been a problem for me.

I looked them up here for some reason and saw they had a 5 pound box for a great price! I was hesitant because some of the reviews said the candy was stale or damaged, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I'm glad I took the chance! They're brand new and haven't been tampered with in any way. Excellent product at an excellent price!! I wish I could rate it ten out of ten!.

I was worried that the jelly rings would be completely damaged and some, if not all, would be stale, based on some reviews, but the damage was minor, and even the few I tried from the bottom layer were still fresh. These Joyva Jell Rings are fantastic! It's the same as it was when I was a kid. Because they're difficult to come by in Virginia, it's convenient to be able to order them from Amazon.

I was born in Brooklyn, so I'm familiar with the area. This is a product that my entire family adores. I bought small Christmas bags this year and filled them with Joyva Jelly rings, halvah, and Sesame crunch. It was the most important holiday of the year, and everyone agreed that this was the best present ever. It's funny because the other gifts cost a lot more money. We all moved away from Brooklyn and now live in Las Vegas, so this was a welcome return to our old haunts. Thank you so much for bringing us a taste of home. The best candies on the planet.

The fact that I contacted the company because the ship date had changed after I ordered and I thought it was too far away (this was during Covid shutdowns) impressed me the most. They went above and beyond to send it priority, and I received it the next day. It doesn't get any better than that in terms of customer service! I was blown away, and they've gained a loyal customer in me!.
