This product was purchased in December 2020, and the packaging was dated March 2020, indicating it to be best by then. It was a very disappointing experience.

Have you fond memories of the Butter Rum Lifesavers that your grandma shared with you when you were a child? Are those other hard candies associated with old people just not good enough? Do you find it frustrating to explain what "butter rum" is to somebody under 35 and get confused looks from them? There will be no disappointment for you.
I thought I was going to receive twenty packs of Life Savers Butter Rum candies, but that turned out to be a foolish assumption (right? It has taken me three days to finish all of the opened rolls and throw away several that were already partially unwrapped or had bad rolls in them. So far, none of the packs taste Regardless of whether they are stale, stuck together, broken, or some combination of those, they all seem outdated. One of the rolls in the box is pictured below, in the form it actually appeared when it arrived to me. I won't order these again because they are completely unacceptable.
I always loved butter rum Lifesavers when I was a kid. It is only a shame that the candy isn't in the original Life Saver size. The mini savers look like little coins. This has been an incredibly frustrating move on the part of corporations.
I love Life Savers, as you all know. Butter Rum Flavored Life Savors are one of my favorite bars. There are other life-savour experiences I would like in place of this. What sort of inventory does Amazon sell? Is it old stock or damaged or distressed stock? My teeth may have to be fixed if I ate some candy. It isn't worth saving a little money if I don't need to.
