Are you fond of the Butter Rum Lifesavers your grandma used to share with you as a child? Can't you just give them those other hard candies associated with old people they just won't suffice? What do you do when you are asked what 'butter rum' is by someone under 35? Tired of the confused looks? This is a treat you will not want to miss.
Are you kidding me? Since their freshness implied that they would not be damaged, the implication was that they would be intact. It ended up that I had to toss out several rolls containing bad rolls or partially unwrapped rolls, and so far none of them have tasted Whether they are stale, tangled, broken, or some combination of those things, all seem out of date. An image of what one of the rolls in the box looked like as I received it is included. These items are totally unacceptable I will not take the risk of ordering them.
Downsize. It brings back memories of childhood to eat butter rum Lifesavers. The only real disappointment is that they are not the original individually wrapped Life Saver candies. It's like having your own mini savings account. I find it very aggravating, to say the least. It's a corporate giant move.
It's not that I don't like Life Savers. I love them, I really do. Life Savors Butter Rum Flavored are one of my favorites. Sadly, the package contained a delicious confection that was crushed to death when it arrived. There were maybe 15 rounds left out of 24 in the 24 packs It was crumbled along with the rest. The return was not possible because I had to open each package to determine what was inside. The next time I buy them, I will buy them from the manufacturer.
As soon as I saw these were available for purchase, I was thrilled! Upon arrival, the product arrived in a sturdy cardboard box The results have been good so far. Unwrapping one could not come soon enough! Despite the candy being brittle and clumpy, it was not edible. Trying to separate one from its roll was difficult because they would either break in half or crumble. As soon as I saw the expiration date, I noticed "September 2016". That's not great, but not the worst news either. In spite of all that, this product was not at its finest at some point in its life, it must have been stored improperly (inside of a hot truck or in a storage room) Did a straight A- because of a paper on my desk that I had just received Comparison between A and B. That's right. These two things are vastly different from each other. There is also a great taste to my crumbly ones, but that's about Most likely, I will grind many of them up and use them as ice cream toppings. My experience with this company was very disappointing, and I will not order from them It is suggested that you do not do so as well.
" If you're trying to find this particular flavor in your local supermarket, you're likely to find the legacy "assorted flavors" brand that's been around for a long time. I would rather keep my money, but I won't A hard candy that tastes like butter is Butter Rum. It's smooth, buttery, and has the best flavor in the world. people argue that they taste more like Butterscotch. In any case, they're great and worth the price.
* Got mine in a batch of 20 rolls (that's how As soon as I come across these, I put them on my desk and scan You should keep an eye out for cracked ones, however. These fragile packs of 20 rolls are sometimes shipped in a bag, and they can only be battered around so much before some of their pieces are chipped before they are opened. The best thing to do would be to order them with something else so that they're shipped in a box and not a bag with little Except for wintergreen, which I remember from my childhood but is no longer available, I do not like the other flavors in the Life Savers family. Despite the fact that butter rum flavor is highly addictive, it's not as spicy as Hot Tamales candies (which in reverse is very spicy). The grade is An A+ grade.
Back then, Lifesaving made food products, and this advertisement says that Butter Rum is a favorite among consumers because of its smooth, rich flavor. There is no comparison here - it's a totally different product The kind you can imagine. I'm eating this weird kind of candy that tastes like a chemical waste disposal I advise you to stay.
Please do not break any These packs are available online on Amazon and I've been buying them for a long time. They have a pleasant flavor. There was a bit of a problem getting some of them stuck together at the start, but they came apart easily enough to not It was difficult to break them apart last time, but this time they are nearly all stuck, and it can be hard to remove them The problems they have are like something that is second quality. Having a life-savoring experience like this is not what I'm looking for. The inventory on Amazon is old or distressed, is it damaged or is it old?
If I need to get my teeth fixed because I ate some candy, the savings don't seem to be worth it.
