It was a delicious and fresh product. At our house, there's no need to be concerned about shelf life because they're gone in a flash! I imagine they'd just get a little chewier as they grew older, which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

Although the consistency is similar, Bit O'Honey's do not have the same flavor as Mary Jane's. Peanut butter and molasses are used to make May Jane's. Bit O'honey is a honey-flavored taffy with almond pieces mixed in.

If you haven't tried this taffy before, you should. Tastes nutty and buttery, almost like butter pecans. It's retro candy, but it's still tasty in 2020!.
Beware: You could spend a lot of money on candy that will eventually be thrown away. br>br>Bit O' Honey's candy is one of our favorites. This is the second time we've placed an order with you. The first container was delicious and devoured in no time. The pieces in this order are much tougher, stick in/on your teeth a lot worse, and aren't nearly as tasty. I'm afraid I won't be able to replace them if I use Amazon. It's all a game of chance.
