Apparently, the package had crumpled up. Despite its white layer and stale nature, chocolate had remained unbroken for a long time. You can't simply complain about the problem to the seller through the button. Because of the poor quality of the product, I have no recourse as a customer.
It is not a good seller in terms of quality control. As outlined in These truffles are very tasty. I like them a lot. The baskets, on the other hand, were purchased as gifts. The first one I opened, of course, was to sample it. Once I unscrewed them, I found that they had melted and had developed a whitish film, which I could not use to print on Wrapped in plastic. The ones you buy individually do not taste as good as the ones you buy individually. It is not suitable for giving as a gift. There was no way to return them. We do not accept returns on these items. It would still be perfect even if it was.
For Lindt products, the product I received does not meet the standard. We are less than four weeks away from the expiration date. I can tell it's been through a battle through the appearance of the package. It has taken these milk and dark chocolate truffles some time to bloom and become grainy. I hate white chocolates because they are really bad to eat and they don't melt properly. There is a problem with the way this package has been stored for too long under.
As you can see, these are the best chocolates, but it wasn't because the weather was warm that I was able to eat them all in one go. The wrappers of the other half of the candies were filled with melted chocolate, so only about half of the candy was good. Purchasing this product via mail would not be a good idea. I used a small portion of the candy I bought, so that wasn't a cheap bag of candy.
As a result of receiving the chocolate, I am so frustrated and disappointed. It's obvious when you unwrap it that it is old the second time you do. The color of their skin is pale. I found the inside was not creamy but broke apart when I bit into it. Horrible taste. Save your money instead of wasting it.
It may be a couple days before they expire, but I do not know how old they are. It was impossible to open any chocolate. Honestly, they didn't technically expire, but they did have to be pretty old to be that old for every chocolate piece. Secondly, because it was food, I had to throw away all of them because you can't return food.
This gift for my girlfriend for Valentines Day was bought a few weeks in advance before the actual date. A few days later, I figured out something wasn't right after she had one of her favorite chocolates. In response to her question, I told her I got them from Amazon, and she said they weren't There was one I wanted and I agreed to it. According to the expiration date on the bag, the item was set to expire 1/31/2020, a full day before I even received it. If you are unsure whether your chocolate has expired, be cautious.
These are not to be bought. The chocolate in the package is melted and will have to be thrown out, as it is all smeared with melted chocolate.
