ordered a box of 24, but got a box of 12 (the same price), plus it was not packaged with cold packs. I did not have the time to return and reorder because it was a gift.

What is the significance of your listing (in different places) stating that 24 pieces are included when I received 12?

It's time for Brad's Deal again! This deal of two boxes of 12 pieces of Godiva chocolates was featured in December's Brad's Deal. My order was fulfilled by a third party using Amazon, but I did not receive it from Amazon. Only 12 pieces of the puzzle were sent to me. Although I contacted Amazon and the third-party site, I have not heard back from either. I have yet to receive my 2nd box as well. My life would not have been the same if I spent 29 dollars. A 12-piece box of chocolates costs $95 dollars. It's a very disappointing experience

In spite of all the good reviews, I was disappointed when I found out that the chocolate wasn't as good as I had hoped

I was very When I opened the package, I found that the chocolate was very old, despite all the positive reviews. One piece of the center fell out of the center. Truffles that are stale and expensive at $19 are extremely disappointing.

Melted mess all over the place

Godiva chocolates will never be purchased again by me! It was melted according to reviews of people who bought the chocolate in the summer when it was hot, but I purchased three boxes of it during the winter and I assumed that it would be okay. Only to be disappointed after paying $27 for a box. It was given as a gift and when opened it was melted into a puddle.

I am unfortunately disappointed in the quality of the candies. We found the chocolate to be old and tasted old as well. There were dry centers in the creamy centers. I found the chocolate to be dry and crumbly. Your money is not worth it.
