I'm afraid I won't be able to give you an exact answer. I placed two orders and froze the packs. Each order came with six packs, which I used every six weeks or so. The final pack was just as delicious as the first.
It arrived in good condition. There were no problems for me.

Yay! It helps me save time and was well-received. ice packs and an insulated package are included in the package. It tastes better than the store-bought brand, and the meat is of higher quality. The cut is thick. Although it is pricey, the quality appears to be worthwhile.

Sending on dry ice is not recommended due to the high cost and risk of spoilage.
This was, unfortunately, the worst purchase I've ever made. It turned out to be mostly fat, weighing in at 5 pounds. It wasn't a good idea to eat it. And then there's the fact that it's only getting worse. Inquiries and complaints were never responded to by the company. There was no acknowledgement of the problem at all. Dealing with these people is a waste of money and time.
A fantastic product! Excellent packaging and quick service. It's difficult to find this product where I live, and if I do, it's cut like brisket rather than thin, which is a big difference in taste! I'm glad I found Basil grocery. I'll buy from you again without a doubt.
