I found these to be a little too sweet. When I cut them in half and added more plain oats, they were delicious. In addition, I got twice as many breakfasts.
One thing I didn't notice in the description was the sodium content of each pouch. If you're watching your sodium intake, these pouches range from 45mg (lowest in the variety pack) to 200mg (highest in the maple pancake pouch) per serving. br>br>If you're keeping track of calories, the pouches range from 290 to 400 calories. calorie count of 300 If you have a peanut allergy, be aware that these are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts. br>br>The flavors are entirely up to personal preference. Strawberry and cream did not appeal to me because of its unpleasant aroma. When I took a drink, I could smell it. I had no problems using the same Almondmilk for the previous flavor I tried and the one after that. br>br>They're good, but not particularly delectable. They taste exactly like Quaker instant oatmeal flavor packs to me. If you're satisfied after eating regular oatmeal, you'll be satisfied after eating these. If you eat a cup of oatmeal with extras like toast and fruit, it's a good day. etc. , in order to feel satisfied, you will eat those extras as well. These are not meal replacements, just to be clear. This is a quick breakfast that will keep you from feeling hungry because you drank your oatmeal rather than spooning it, and it will satisfy your hunger just like a regular bowl of oatmeal or cereal. They've been designed to be as practical as possible. br>br>I'm glad I gave them a try, but I won't be buying them again. For me, sodium content is a key consideration.
as well as the advantages. Oat meal is something I usually avoid. It reminds me of the worst/forced breakfasts I ever had as a kid. This was introduced to me by my employees who were betting big money on losing weight and were proud to explain how it curbs their appetites and fills them up so they don't feel compelled to overeat. Not only were they correct, but it was also a nice improvement in taste and flavor, making it not only enduring but also a little enjoyable. They continue to reorder as if it were part of their daily upscale routine, and they've asked to use my account for free shipping to purchase more.
I'm terrible at grabbing what's convenient rather than what's necessary. healthy. I decided to give it a shot after doing some research on the company and its products. Although the variety pack I had ordered was not included in my package, the first two flavors were so delicious, filling, and simple that I didn't bother to change my order. Rather, I subscribed to their service. This has changed the way I eat breakfast!.
These did not appeal to me. I wasn't sure if these were overnight oats that could be consumed. The texture was too much for me. And the flavor was mediocre at best. If you're used to this type of food, I'm sure it'll be fine for you, but it's not for me.
I tried them with the recommended amount of milk, less milk, 2x milk, and blending in my nutribullet, and I came to the conclusion that no matter how you prepare it, it tastes terrible. The flavor is good, but that's all there is to it, and that's why they only get one star. br>You're consuming ice-cold oatmeal. br>It's not worth it to consume so many calories. br>Don't throw your money away.
I went back to look for it, but it's nowhere to be found. Maybe I just didn't notice it. I was hoping to use these instead of the other "Oat Protein" product, which specifies that water can be used. I'm going on a kayak expedition to the remote Everglades in a few days, and this was a big part of my meals until I saw the water disclaimer for the first time (it's in the packet, but you have to print it out separately). There are no details or descriptions in this Amazon description. Is it possible to use powdered milk? I'm giving it a three-star rating until I find out if my milk substitute is available. If not, you've learned your lesson.
Served with additional fruit and nut toppings or on its own, this flavor is delectable. There's a lot more to it than a little water. y when using the recommended amount of water, but it's a simple fix. Because it's quite pricey, I can't give it a perfect score for value for money—and because it's designed to seep overnight, warmth isn't an issue.
