Questions & Answers
Lower sugar instant oats from Quaker were recently reformulated. Because Quaker is committed to using no artificial sweeteners in our products, we replaced Sucralose with Monk Fruit extract, a calorie-free sweetener derived from plants.
Sucralose is the generic name for Splenda, and it is present in this product.
Right here on this page, you can look it up: return to the top of the page When you zoom in on the bottom photo, you'll see that each flavor has 7g of "Added Sugars" per 23 g of food. So 30% LOLOLOLOL has been added. "Added Sugars" in any form - It's possible to refer to a group of people in a plural sense.
I ordered the oatmeal with maple and brown sugar, and it tastes exactly like that; I couldn't tell the difference between regular and low sugar oatmeal. Every day, I eat this with a side of fruit.

There are bugs in the package. Two times a week, I have this for breakfast. This does not sit well with me.
I should have read the label more carefully because I was unaware that it contained an artificial sweetener. I would have preferred a less sweet oatmeal with only less sugar and no other ingredients. It's not Quaker's fault that I didn't read the ingredients, and it's also not their fault that I can taste the Sucralose aftertaste; for those who don't mind Sucralose, this is a great lower-calorie option. Quaker's regular instant oatmeals now come in a sugar-free version.
The maple syrup is strange; the brown sugar is a large lump with a salty flavor; unfortunately, I bought two boxes by mistake, so I'm donating them to a homeless shelter; I'll stick to buying it at the store from now on. Don't throw your money away!.
This is a great variety pack of single instant oatmeal packets that are both good for you and quick to prepare. As a man, he eats one plain one mixed with a flavored one for breakfast and says they taste great. You can also use these with a can of original Quaker oats by making one serving of original and mixing with one packet of flavored from this variety pack for a heartier breakfast. Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Plain (Original) are some of the flavors available. They have less sugar and sodium than any of the other cereals I've found that my husband enjoys. These Variety boxes were also purchased for my church's food pantry; they are ideal for any food pantry or organization. The cost is reasonable, and the item is beneficial to your health!.
My two tiniest children (3 and a half years) (I am 6 years old. ) I've been attempting to reduce our sugar consumption, and this is one of the first products I tried. br>br>I try to stock up on Quaker when it's on sale locally, but I can't seem to find the lower sugar version in any of the stores around here. This economy size is still a better buy, even if I can get the lower sugar on sale. br>br>This is ideal! There will be no more running out of stock while waiting for sales. This is ideal!.
I didn't realize this was made with artificial sugar when I ordered it. I wish the product didn't have so much sugar in it. To make it more manageable, I mixed in some plain oatmeal. This was extremely beneficial.
I like the fact that there isn't as much sugar in it. I wish there weren't so many Maple Syrup packs to choose from. This is a fantastic deal, and while I appreciate the fact that these packs contain less sugar, I wish the flavor variety was more evenly distributed. There are far too many Maple Leaf packs on the market. This box contains brown sugar. I'd like to see more of the Apples. cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon cinnamon Packs of spices br>br>I've already consumed both of those items and have plenty of Maple syrup. There is still some brown sugar! LOL. Fruit, nuts, or peanut butter can easily be added to make it more interesting.
So, I eat oatmeal for breakfast quite frequently because it's quick, warm, and simple. I had no idea that this box came in regular flavor. WHAT? regular? You've got to be kidding me. Yes, there are five regular flavor packets available. I poured them into a box of rolled oats to make cookies out of them because they were gross. What I didn't understand was why each packet had an odd number of packets. So, maybe I'm a fatty, or maybe everyone else eats two packets at once, but by the time I got to the bottom, all I had were five regular packets and one of each flavor, which didn't go well. You screwed up, Quaker; I'll have to add more sugar to the fruit flavors!.
