In terms of flavor, there are not many noticeable differences between flavors. It is a bit misleading to give such a tiny serving size. For a snack to even feel like a snack, you'll need to double or triple the size. But even then, it's just a small snack and of course, doubling or tripling your serving can add up quickly in terms of carbs. According to the container, there are 10 servings. However, I feel both of these claims are inaccurate, along with the low carb claim. You can only eat a pinch if you don't eat more. I love it! But if you are missing the crunch in their lives than you'll like this cereal. I would buy it again, but not as a low-carb.
No matter if you're on a KETO or not, you'll love this delicious granola! My favorite thing about this product is that it is made in small batches to ensure quality. The nutritional content of granola isn't quite what you'd expect The trail mix isn't exactly trail mix. It's somewhere in the middle. Although I purchased the granola for my mother, she was not able to receive them due to shipping problems. When I went back, I bought them for myself to receive and then to send to her, but it was bad weather in Texas. After receiving them I attempted to send them to her, but the bad weather prevented me from doing so. When I entered the house, she told me to open them, eat them, then let her know if they were good. All I will say is that my husband and I have ordered them twice more because we both loved them so much. My other order arrived today, and I'll send it to my mom on Monday so she can see how good it is.
