I almost lost a tooth trying to eat them. Trying to eat this made my jaw hurt so bad that I skipped breakfast altogether. I guess it could help me lose weight. issue is that the product is near the end of its shelf life. The granola in my yogurt usually lasts me much longer because I use it sparingly, but I would need to finish two stale boxes within two months before the expiration date came up. It's time to go! The cereal I reviewed recently I have been purchasing for quite a while now. As a subscribe and save member I was able to save a substantial amount on this cereal - seven months at the very least. The delivery is once a month and eight boxes are shipped. I received the cereal a couple of times a year and it was mostly crushed to a point where it was almost like If I buy it in a store rather than from Amazon, the consistency and flavor is always perfect, nothing like the one I got from Amazon I am not asking for a refund, but I have stopped ordering this cereal from Amazon.
