Finally, we're getting to the meat of the matter. In a bag, there are 6 pockets. Ruis (sour rye) is the most honest and authentic sour beer you can find in Finland. There is no difference in taste between these. Every couple of months, we order several packages. Being able to get our rye bread fix here in the States is so convenient. These Scandinavian rye breads are a must-try for anyone who loves true Scandinavian bread!.

In the United States, it is nearly impossible to find. While I know this bread is Estonian, I could not distinguish it from any other bread I had tried. There is no bread I like better than this. None other than this is what I eat. Tangy and compact, it satisfies all your senses. In the US I have found a rye that is as close to Finnish sourdough rye as I can find. In addition to tasting delicious, it is fiber-rich and good for you.
