This is the first time that I have come across Mestemacher Fitness Bread and I am so grateful. In fact, it is an integral part of my diet and my partner's as well. eat it in the morning with eggs, and sometimes we make "pizzas" with it to eat at night when we're not feeling like cooking a whole meal. There's a nutty and crunchy taste when you toast it, and it can be really intense when you first use it, but it's great in combination with butter, oil, and If you are looking for a bread replacement, or if you are trying to sneak more fiber into your diet, I highly recommend it!.
