It took 11 days for the bread to reach me. We waited 11 days after shipping to receive the bread and it was stale and broken when it arrived. It is not a purchase I will make.

The quality of the food is superb

For me, good tasting bread is like gold and I can only get it with gluten. In the 35 years since I have been diagnosed, I have never had something as good as this deli sandwich. Additionally, I toasted it and fried eggs were on top of it. I love it. Also, does not crumble as badly as some other types of bread.

Gluten free bread of the best taste

While it still needs to be toasted to preserve its "real bread" texture, it is the only gluten free bread I have tasted that is actually delicious.

It is the closest thing to "normal" bread that is gluten free

My experience has shown that this bread is the closest to "normal" bread for someone with celiac disease. A vast majority of gf bread tastes like cardboard or is only tasty The Schar Deli Style Sour Dough Bread can, however, also be used for sandwiches, which is what I wanted to use it.
