The bread is not like regular bread, but it does have a nutty taste, and it is very healthy since it is made with whole grains. Then I eat it with peanut butter or put it in a sandwich with avocado and tomatoes. What a great idea! A little toasting will also do the trick.

It has a very strong taste and is very dense, as well as thin and easy to cut, which is good for those of us who prefer not to eat thick slices of bread. A perfect rye bread taste, if you're one for rye bread like I am

It's a specialty of mine to eat rye bread, since I'm Russian. Those who like the taste of 100% rye bread, such as I do, will love this one. I did not like the way the slices stuck together, and when I tried to separate them, they crumpled. My goal is now to be able to separate them in small pieces with a knife, gradually. Yet they still crumble from time to time.
