I love it! It was back on the sofa eating the uncooked chocolate chip cookie dough that my mind had slipped again. *Clarification 1. It was a great taste for the dough2. There was a great deal of variety in the limited number of cookies package. I polished it of with almost no guilt and zero pain as my recent past is a clear pattern of eating enormous amounts of raw cookie dough.
It will be necessary to combine the dough and portion it into larger chunks if you like larger cookies. It doesn't matter how you eat them, they're delicious! The package suggests a shorter cooking time, but I like them a bit gooey, so I cook them for a shorter period of time.
They are delicious, chewy, soft, buttery, don't take long, and the only brand that I use since I feel it tastes the best and has the texture of a homemade cookie while other brands have chalky cake-like textures that don't satisfy me.
We've precut the cookies, so the only thing you have to do is break 'em and bake 'em! The size of the cookies is smaller. If you let them dry on a plate, they will be extra fluffy. Cookies can be cooled on a cooling rack after they are baked if you want them to be crispy.
