You will have a hard time finding them a tasty oat roll. It was a surprise to hear Ririe's mix! They taste great, and are light, fluffy, and easy to freeze. You will love them when you brush them in egg and sprinkle on your favorite topping! My only difference from the directions is that I leave the mixer on to mix the dough for a full 15 minutes rather than the recommended 5 minutes. I like how the texture has improved!.
