Excellent craftsmanship. I expected some breakage based on the reviews for these. When ordering something fragile, such as these, you're taking a chance. Now, let's talk about the quality. I was making these from scratch, Pâté Sucrée dough - and they are delicious and save you a lot of time. facepalm- However, if you only require one, This is without a doubt the way to go with 200 tarts. The flavor and thickness are perfect. I'm not sure how they could improve their breakage reduction efforts. And the key is that they are wrapped, bubble wrapped, and boxed without having to raise the price. A third of the ones I had were cracked or broken. I'd like to get another box and look through it to see if there are any damaged items. Because of the insufficient amount, I gave it four stars. These are something I would recommend as a baker.

The flavor is excellent, and the size is exactly what I expected; however, the packaging is appalling; if we order something fragile, we should expect some broken items, but not a large number of broken items; therefore, Amazon should pay attention to this.

The shells were broken in more than half of the cases. It had a fantastic flavor.
The flavor was good, but there were a lot of broken ones. The box was unusable for their purpose like a solid 20 of it. I'll just save the crumbs and use them in other baked goods.
