These shells were delicious, and one box had perfect shells, but the second box had crushed shells. I ordered these for Thanksgiving, so I didn't get around to opening them until that day.
The rest of the item is excellent. Thank you for your excellent customer service; I will return to purchase from you!.
I filled these large cannoli shells two hours before serving and they were still crispy, as they should be.
And, perhaps I'm a moron, but based on the wording and the price, I assumed this was two boxes of 12, not two boxes of six.
The quality, on the other hand, is lacking. They're thick and dense, not thin and flaky, and they have a burnt flavor despite the fact that they're not burned. I am not going to place another order.
They didn't have a single broken item when they arrived. I put them to use for Easter. It was fantastic.
What a wonderful opportunity.
