Gluten is a very big no-no for keto dieters, so these are not keto friendly since they contain wheat flour. As I see it, this product gets a negative score from me. When I ate a few of these cookies for a snack one evening, I suffered extreme gas, bloating and pain for much longer than I had expected. My son had the same experience another time he tried them to see for himself. It is regrettable that I did not request a refund within a timely manner when I had the opportunity. In the meantime, I am tossing every package of the order into the garbage can. At your own risk, you should purchase and consume these products. Having them as a snack will make you extremely regret it.
