The cover does not fit over the top of the The Stroopwafel is my favorite treat and I have previously purchased them on Amazon, but the ones I recently received in a 4-pack are considerably smaller than those I have previously purchased. It's because of this smaller diameter, I think, that this 4pack is cheaper than the others, but also for me, it's because the wafels don't fit properly over my coffee mugs. I won't deny that it still tastes great, but it lacks the awe-inspiring-ness of Stroopwafels I have encountered in the past You can place it over the top of your coffee mug and it will melt from the warmth of the beverages. The smaller pack is available now Rather than adding flavor, it simply sinks into the coffee, leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth because it is ineffective. When I go through my four packs, it will be sometime before I need to refill, but I will not purchase this four pack. Just to confirm, we are talking about this multi-faceted kind of problem I may try to purchase a single pack at a nearby convenience store to see if the pack has shrunk in size.

Stroopwafels are one of my absolute favorite things to eat, so I ordered a subscription to these (thanks to a coworker who brought back some fresh ones from I rate the flavor a 4 and the condition as a 2, so I average those to make an overall rating of As you can see from the pictures, the first shipment had collapsed wafers and warped packages with all of the caramel solidified on the side of the packaging There was no chance of this happening while outside my residence or on the delivery truck, as it was solid when I brought the package inside (I heard the knock when they were dropped off, so they had barely been out there for very long). After the first shipment, I waited for the second to post a review since I believed this was a fluke. I am afraid these are identical to the last, so all of the caramel is melted out and solidified on one side. I have never had these arrive with all the caramel melted when I've bought them from a store, and they're so much better to buy than online. I cannot find them in the stores where I live due to their rarity.

The holiday season is coming up, so I purchased several for the holiday season. Four boxes were crammed into a plastic bag, which was a tight fit, causing every box to damage. An ugly box of cookies is embarrassing. It makes no sense to give someone a box of cookies with a nice face.

There is nothing wrong with this product, I wish the packaging was more attractive. From Amazon, I have ordered two types and both have crumbled when I opened them. The way they are packaged makes me think they are not well suited for shipping. About a quarter to a half inch of the waffles are powdery when you open them, so you leave a mess everywhere. To eat them is a bit messy, but the mess is worth it when you taste them. It is usually over the sink that I eat them. It doesn't make sense putting it over coffee to warm, as all the crumbs and other stuff it leaves behind get in the way. This would be my recommendation if you can deal with the crumbs.
