It doesn't feel so good right now. This was definitely not my proudest moment, especially since they do not provide low carb if you eat them all at once. However, they are soooo good. It is best to stay away from this product completely if you are like me and struggle with self control. After just one dose, they can be like a drug that has the potential to become addictive. Therefore, there is no doubt that these are phenomenal in terms of taste. The problem is that I couldn't stop buying them because the temptation to eat more than one at a time just becomes too great. Then we'll talk about some of As a first observation, and this is just me being nitpicky about this flavor, it seems more "cookie" than "cream. " It was my first time trying the chocolate one, but I have tried many of their other flavors with a caramel center, so I'm not sure why I was expecting anything different. It's possible that the box is covered in what looks like miniature Oreos, so I was expecting a cream inside. This is just the same caramel flavor used in all This is still an incredibly delicious dish in spite of this slight disappointment. The text is very similar to that of an Oreo, except the taste is chewier.
Now this last part is crucial for keto dieters to comprehend this product cannot be consumed with a keto diet. Despite what it says in the description, this is not the case. In recent years, I have followed a more general low carb diet, but for several years I had followed a strict ketogenic diet. A very important lesson I learned is that it's not just important to consider how many net carbs a food has, but it's equally (if not even more so) important to know what the ingredients are. There are ingredients that can completely knock you out of ketosis even if they have no carbs (certain sweeteners are examples). In other words, keto diet is more than just eating a specific number of net carbs a Even if you are only interested in the carb count, 12 for one of these waffles is extremely high for a diet that typically allows for no more than 20 carbs It's just not possible for me to see how this product fits into a balanced keto diet on a regular basis, and while occasional treats are nice, there are far better alternatives. Having eaten one of these waffles, you have basically consumed half your daily allowance in carbohydrates, and I am not confident that certain ingredients in these waffles won't cause you to lose ketosis immediately. It's not that the ingredients are bad just that the keto lifestyle is not suited to them. In conclusion, these waffels are worth buying This is
- When you don't follow a keto diet, but are looking for a delicious treat that's lower in sugar than most other alternatives, especially if you're diabetic (I did not experience massive blood glucose increases as long as I just ate one). Unless you have enough self control to not finish the box in one sitting (I do not)
I think the price-value ratio is fairly good since you get 12 for the price of 10. In comparison, there are other low carb snacks I purchase at the same price-point (some even more expensive) that only have 8 packages per Despite the high demand for low-carb snacks, it is very common to pay a premium for them due to their limited supply.
Every one of them is $69 each Cheaper than the rest. Vanilla, honey, and another type of vanilla are three of the flavors offered. As a matter of fact, I wondered whether they were available on Amazon one day, and was delighted to discover that they were. To try different flavors, you can find them here. The cookies were all the same and came in 12 per pack I love the flavor cream. As a result, the cookie cost came to about $1 instead of the $1 per cookie. There were 69 I had to pay. It would be nice to have them have a 12-hour shift In every box, there is a different flavor. I will continue to purchase these on Amazon going forward. They are a great value for a wholesome, healthy treat that my daughter enjoys.
Wheat flour is used. Actually, keto is not a healthy diet. The nutrition label is not provided in its entirety for a reason. Despite its relatively low carb count, 12g net carbs isn't a very keto friendly snack. However, depending on your carb limit, you may be able to fit one in. The taste is pretty decent as well, even though they're keto-friendly.
Having been warned, you should take action. They are incredibly annoying. I tried liking them, but they are a nightmare. It's delicious! I had the Dutch Caramel & Spicy Caramel . It's Vanilla and the Honey & Co. This recipe comes in both Cookie & Oats wafels and they are both great, but this "Cookie & Oats" version is just as tasty My opinion is that the "Cream" flavor is horrible.
Initially, I was disappointed because the taste wasn't the same as the Cookies & Cream ones It is probably the flavor you have grown accustomed to. I haven't had caramel between two chocolate cookies before. Although, once I got over that, I thought it was pretty much the same as Dutch caramel, but it's nothing like that at all. Although the wafer itself has a horrible crumbly texture that would crumble to bits without the sticky caramel holding it together, the caramel between is what gives it structure and holds it I don't even think it tastes like a chocolate wafer, but more like a dark chocolate bar Food coloring was used to darken the "mystery. " Don't click the cookie & don't click the cookie Rip Van Wafels ice cream.
The vanilla flavor of Dutch Chocolate you might be familiar with it reminds me of caramel There is a similar layer of "stuff between the waffle" to what is in between the horrible You won't find any cream flavor or texture. Had the product been labeled 'Chocolate Caramel,' I would have given it 5 out of 5 The cookie is very good. There's no way to describe it any other way. The oreo was not what I expected I wouldn't compare it to that. A reasonable person would not claim that a cookie has a whiff of cream on it. I feel as if this is a shameful lie by an executive. The best way to describe it is disrespectful.
The little flat cookies were very different and very tasty, but had too many calories compared to their size. There are only 3 grams of sugar in this tiny flat cookie, but it is 130 calories. There's more to Rice Crispies than you might think. I would not buy from this company You can get these baked goods from the supermarket bakery. In the course of ordering baked goods this year, I learned that lesson.
These don't appear to be of any use to me. We were sorry for what happened. I love the taste of this. I, however, as well as my husband got sick as a result. Neither of us had any luck the first time. Maybe there is a problem with us only? In any case, it didn't work out.
Chocolate waffles are one of my favorites! My pantry is always stocked with them to satisfy my sweet tooth when I get a craving. If you are sugar conscious, it is also essential to keep an eye on the fiber to sugar ratio.
