210 calories per donut (1 donut) are provided by the plain donuts. They weigh 60g each.

Can you tell me if they are ?

Unfortunately, they do not have sugar in them. From all the kinds of donuts you can get, these have the lowest sugar content.

Could these be frozen so that they can be used at a later time?

It is very good when thawed from frozen. I have frozen the chocolate sugar flavor. Since I only frozen them for a few weeks, I am unsure if they can be froze for a longer period of time.

You won't find a better home delivery donut anywhere

Since I am a housebound senor with a disability, I don't always include desserts in my grocery shopping list so that my aide understands what to pick up. The fact that these were available on Amazon made me happy. It's a pleasure to see them today. The only thing I suggest is to serve your dessert with a cup of tea, coffee, or beverage nearby. These desserts are dense and not dry, so it will be best to pair them with a beverage. My next purchase would definitely be the same one. It would be nice to have additional flavors or an assortment of flavors.

Since Amazon has become EBay, there is no accountability, and they appear older than they really are, and they are not soft to chew on like fresh donuts.

Since I was a kid, I have been eating La Bree's donuts. Children love them because they are a wonderful There is nothing I love more than chocolate sugar, which is why I am thrilled I can't get it in Baltimore any longer.

Taste and freshness

In my opinion, the book deserves a six out of five star rating. Every time I visit the nurses station and staff, I share my experiences. The same place where I was born, along with my four siblings and mother, is Bangor (Maine). Maine is famous for maple syrup and your donuts, both of which were brought to Maine by my dad from Queens, NY. Thanks a lot.
