2 Packs Benton's Coconut Macaroons, 7.8 oz each (Total 15 oz)

It was a treat to try these coconut macaroons, which are quite pricey. The macaroons were burnt to the point where the overall flavor was overwhelmed by the bottoms. Before I even swallowed my first bite, I was disappointed. A deep sense of disappointment looms over me. Since I live 30 minutes from town and the nearest UPS or post office, it is not worth the trouble to return them.

I had originally intended to send these to my father as a gift It was my fault, and I am happy I sent them to myself instead. These people would have embarrassed me to have them appear at my father's house. It would have been a great disappointment to him, since macaroons are one of his favorite sweets.

Is there anything else I need to say? Quite a bit better than the crunchy cupcake sized ones from my childhood, though I must say that these are pretty.

The cookies were much larger than I expected with a dollar price tag. The flavor of this dish is Okay, but when you handle the cookie, it falls apart. I would never order from this site.
