An erroneous purchase was made for the fourth time

Whenever I rated one star for products in this category, I was NEVER expecting to have to do so. They are not the Fig Newtons with soft, moist, and sweet fig flavor that I got three days ago, even though the expiration date is Jan 2020, the flavor is off, and they are NOT the Fig Newtons that I normally obtain. There are many stale and dried ones. It is often the best choice for a cookie when you are hungry but not able to eat much, if a Fig Newton is what you want.

It's not original, just to let you know! Original Fig Newtons - not the same as the classics In this case, the long bars are involved The flavor of those items was just not so good, so I usually avoided them

The expiration date on the package was 10/22, which is the same as the date on the order

I might have thought these were good if they hadn't already been 8 days past their expected delivery date on the day I ordered them, let alone 8 days past that by the time I got Unless you're a big fan of stale fig Newtons, this is a total waste of money.
