It tastes sinful and I shouldn't eat you're craving something sweet, such as a cupcake or cookie, give this a try instead. It will satisfy your sweet tooth or craving without all the It's hard to say why people complain about it, but who knows, maybe they just want a reason to complain- They should therefore be ignored. The other two flavors will be tried and I will let you know what I think.

One of the best things you could eat is this with only 4 grams of sugar added. It's great that you have the birthday cake one, but please have another one. Sugar content is high while fiber and potassium content is low. They're both worth a shot!.
Buying 4 of the same item was a good choice for me. It was awesome to taste that flavor. However, I gave the double chocolate and the birthday cake a toss! The gluten free, protein packed treats are the best since they arrived in a grab bag and I can not leave them out! I do not approve of any of the flavors, but for those of us who do not like the taste of chemicals, none of them do!
