I haven't had these cookies in a long time because of my diet, so I don't have a box to check the ingredients on. However, I am familiar enough with Cybele's cookbooks and other publications to know that she is a health nut who would most likely avoid using gmo in her products.
There are oats and raisins in the box in front of me.
Yes, absolutely! I've ordered several packages of these, and they're still perfectly fresh even without being frozen! They have a wide variety of flavors that are all extremely healthy.
I despised these cookies because they were so sweet that they tasted like sugar cubes. I'm not diabetic, but they're just too sweet for me.

Because I have celiac disease, I must adhere to a gluten-free diet. These kinds of cookies are usually hit-or-miss. I really like them, and they don't have the gritty texture that gluten-free flours are known for.
I had placed an order for Cybele's Chocolate Chip Cookies, which came in a box of six. pack. These are fantastic. Egg, wheat, and dairy are all allergens for me. Although the options are limited, I am a picky eater who expects my substitute foods to taste as good as the original, and I believe these are on par with any other chewy oatmeal and raisin cookie. They're quite delicious. I appreciate this company and have tried some of their other flavors.

Baked oatmeal cookies that were comparable to Archway oatmeal raisin cookies, for example. I never expected to come across chewy GF oatmeal raisin.
