Felt compelled to force three bites before tossing it. Since the ingredients were attractive, I was looking forward to eating them. This includes DHA, so I like it because it has no dairy ingredients. However, I thought I might crack a tooth trying to bite into them because they were so hard.

It has a fishy taste. It's not enjoyable to eat the texture, but delicious to eat the flavor. A fishy tinge is definitely present in this story. The three of us all agreed it tasted like fish from what we tasted. It's a hard texture, but not super hard. I could deal with it. We couldn't eat even one bite at a time. The texture is crumbly and dry, but not hard, so we couldn't swallow it. It's hard for me to know if it helps increase milk production. The only thing I hope is that I didn't get a bad batch and that only some of them have a fishy smell. However, I will be throwing them away.

One of the things that bothers me most is how dry they are, but it's really not a good dry. My take on the cookies is that they aren't as hard as what other reviews claim, but the consistency is horribly inconsistent. Take a moment to visualise the solid blocks of dirt that form outside and imagine biting into them. The taste of these cookies is similar to that. My first few cookies made me feel like I was eating dirt and I'm not sure how well they work because after two, I couldn't get over how much I disliked them.

The cookies I get from this company are really good, and I subscribe every month. They were the first things I ate after giving birth to my second child, and the next morning I woke up engorged. There was a noticeable increase in the amount of milk coming in as a result of it. In the past two weeks, I've been trying to increase my supply since I'm back at work. I bought six orders. Though the tablets are not the greatest tasting, I trudged on despite barely producing any milk believing that they were working. There were no major issues with taste. The cinnamon flavored ones were good, however I found the chocolate and sea salt ones to be horrible. Besides being hard and having a slight mint taste to it, I don't like mint very much & I dislike chocolate as well. Not a big fan of combined chocolate and salt. I'm not sure why it had that flavor or if Seasalt was to blame. I appreciate the fact that they come packaged individually so I can take them with me. It is a bit messy to eat them because they leave so much crumbs all over the place and on your face. The prices are a bit high, in my opinion. Sadly, I probably won't buy them again. However, if I am to buy again, the cinnamon ones are pretty good. There were no other flavors that I liked, such as oatmeal or raisins. Until now I have not noticed a difference in my breast milk, but I have only had my baby for a week so perhaps it will take awhile.

The first time I found them, I thought they had been stolen off my porch. Then, I realized someone must have tasted the pure tongue repellent circles and wanted one as well. As they stomped off, I'm pretty sure I caught their curses on camera. The red flag should've been a warning for me but I failed to notice it. While doing the premature butt dance of joy, I crack open the box of cookies to find individual wrapped cookies inside. Cookies that crumbled immediately upon opening — deceiving us with their promise of juicy deliciousness — instead left a melting mess in our mouths and rendered my celebratory bootie dance to the archives of being a vain exercise. As I write this, I have a lingering aftertaste in my mouth left by the aftermath of the bite I took. Whatever I did to deserve this to happen -- I am so sorry! There was a lie in the box. There's a cookie fish in our midst. My only benefit from this cookie is the fact that, since the moment he ate one, my sneaky snack thief has never stolen from my nightstand again.
