While the cookies taste great, I have noticed the last few times I ordered them they came in pieces instead of nice shapes. The box I was promised last time has not arrived, even though last time it was the carriers fault. I was promised a free box, but it's still not here. Although my daughter says I shouldn't complain since I'm going to chew them up before I eat them anyway, I was going to give a box or two as a gift--and I can't give broken up cookies as gifts.
