There was an ice pack included with the package but it took a few days for me to receive it. Despite the ice pack and bread being warm, they were not cold. When I put it in my refrigerator, it remained Upon receiving the package, I was disappointed. Perhaps I did not specify a faster delivery because I did not request it. It could have been faster delivery. I cannot remember if it was. This might be of use to you.

It was impossible to find this product for quite some time, but then a local market began carrying it, but it takes a long time for them to replenish it. I found it on Amazon and was glad to find it. I have never tasted a gluten free french baguette quite like this. Unlike a regular baguette, all of the crust is crunch and all of the interior is soft. Every time I make a meal, I keep at least one extra in the freezer. Udi makes really great gluten free breads, muffins, and frozen entrees, so this one is definitely a favorite. These were sold by Hardin's Natural Foods, which is a wonderful company to work.
