Now, every morning, I brew a cup of Yogi Energy tea before I go to work. The flavor can vary every now and again between vanilla, mint, and tangerine. I enjoy all of them equally. In order to change things up a bit, I rotate between them at different times. About a tablespoon of honey (I really like honey) and two tea bags are all I need. It is fun to drink Yogi energy teas with or without honey. They taste great and look great, too. There is very little lag time between the onset of power and the duration of energy. It is a lot more of a pick me up than With this drink, there will be no acid reflux or heartburn that coffee can sometimes give you. I still enjoy a cup of French press on the weekends, but this tea is my favorite. Keeping your energy levels up and your focus strong will keep you focused and maintain stamina. This is the best lift out there. Be sure to sample all flavors as well. Even though the raspberry flavor may be too overwhelming for some people, it's still good.

Several years ago, I used to believe 5 Hour Energy shots could be a good pick for workouts- Daytime is a good time to be up. It is also quite difficult for me to tolerate the taste of coffee or most teas. I initially hesitated after reading the warning label on the 5 Hour Energy drinks to not drink more than two in one day, so I decided to try a few "natural" tea options. My initial choice was Yerba Mate tea since research proved it to be the strongest, most powerful source of energy It is wise to drink tea. However, it wasn't something I was really thrilled about drinking I was not thrilled with the taste. With Yerba Mate and a 5 Hour Energy shot, I achieved a relatively similar response. A friend recommended Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy to me. The tea I'm drinking now is absolutely delicious! In addition to being warm, the energy boost it contains makes it a perfect pick-me-up It is a good idea to double up tea bags as says on the box, and I'll have anywhere from 2 to 4 tea bags I drink four cups of tea a day depending on my needs. There have been no jitters or other adverse effects so far. I enjoy the vanilla spice flavor so much that I no longer think of drinking tea as something I just have to do to get through my day. My favorite thing about the scent is that I think it adds to the pick-me-up It's a factor of up. In all honesty, the tea is delicious. However, if you have anxiety, you should stay away from it. Although I did not realize it, the caffeine content is almost twice that of black tea and is very close to that of an 8oz cup of coffee (which is my fault for not realizing it so quickly). I suffered a full-blown panic attack as a result. My only wish is that you can buy smaller quantities of the tea. Having grown tired of the high caffeine content of the tea, I no longer can use 95 of the bags. This tea will likely be most enjoyable for individuals who don't suffer from anxiety or are not prone to panic attacks.

There is no vanilla taste in my mouth. As for how this tastes, I imagined it tasted like pumpkin spice smells (I've never had pumpkin spice, just smelled it Compared to vanilla, this is a very different experience. Maybe there is something I am not aware of, such as "vanilla spice" having a totally different taste than "vanilla extract", etc.
I put unsweetened cocoa powder in to diminish the taste, which
I feel good after I drink it but the marketing fails to convey it's health benefits.

In cases where caffeine makes you feel anxious and hyped up, but you need the energy, this tea is the answer. Two packets can be poured into a cup or one packet can be added at a time- either way, the flavor is great, I just use two packets to replace my coffee on mornings when I'm already too anxious to drink it. But I am also a stay at home mother, a full time student, and a full time work at home mom, so I do not know how I would get through my days without It is worth the purchase. Tea is usually my least favorite flavor, but I think this stuff is great!.
