This product is not a caffeine-free product it is referred to as a "decaffeinated equivalent," which means that if a coffee or tea product has 3% of caffeine or less, the coffee or tea product is considered caffeine-free. As a result, this product has about 2% less caffeine than most other products that are advertised as decaffeinated.
The bag contains 7 tea bags that are approximately quart size, so you can make a pitcher of tea from them. Sometimes you can find smaller bags like regular tea bags, but I didn't see these on Amazon.

The best thing about it is that it does not contain caffeine and is delicious. Initially I thought it was a little pricey, but with each box you get seven large teabags that make about a gallon of tea. As a result, I get more bags because I reuse them. The tea I'm drinking is great! In the morning, simply add a packet to your liter water bottle and put it in the fridge. It is stated it was used on Everest, so I used it on my Kilimanjaro climb, and I felt energized and hydrated the entire time. Besides using it after workouts, it is also good after hard cardio workouts. It is not cheap, but it is worth it.
