I can honestly say that it helps us sleep after work and mellows us out. On the next day as well, I am still feeling effects of the calmness. If we are experiencing a stressful moment or day, we have a very hot cup of tea to help us cope. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately, and the tea has helped me to manage it. Iced is really good too!.
I consider this to be one of my all-time If the weather is cold, I drink several cups of tea every day. I was given this one by a friend during a time of crisis in my life. There is nothing better than that- It has a smell of flowers, a little bit of red, and tastes kind of flowery. The program does what it is intended to do. I feel much more relaxed after drinking a cup of this tea. The drink helps me to relax at the end of a long day and makes me feel.
I am unable to recommend it since the tea has an aftertaste. Before going to bed, it was hailed for its relaxing properties. As far as relaxation goes, I did not get any benefit from it because the taste was unpalatable. My usual preference is for this brand, but this flavor is not to my liking.

I loved the taste of this The lavender tea I have tasted is the best I have ever Sleeps better when it is taken. If you suffer from migraines or tension headaches, this is the tea for you. Take a swig of this tea if you like jasmine.
