It is difficult for me to estimate how many cups of tea I brew from one bag but I use more water than suggested, so you might be able to stretch it along longer than 45 cups. Definitely a good cup of I find it to be an expensive tea when compared to many others.
In an 18 ounce tea pot, 5 grams per 17 ounces should make about 100 cups. For a single tea cup, about 3 grams is recommended. You should get over 140 cups of coffee from 5 grams.

A great flavor that is mildly tart. This tea requires one to learn the balance of rooibos to fruity bits, as well as how to brew it properly. Another thing I like about Rishi is that he sells loose-leaf teas- As much leaf as possible, so that fewer single leaves are needed Using waste is good for the environment. Perhaps Rishi would be interested in using glass jars instead of plastic bags in the future?.
This beer is great for nighttime drinking. I appreciate how it doesn't contain caffeine to keep me up at night.
My local food co-op has another blueberry rooibos that I really like, but this tea has so much blueberry flavor it overwhelms the rooibos flavor. Blueberry tea is basically a tea with blueberries.
The taste of this tea is excellent. In a 12 oz. cup, one tablespoon was plenty. All I had a complaint about was that the blueberries were clumpy. Taking them apart and mixing the bag took a lot of time. The only reason I can think of is because the number is in a 1 The bag weighs pound for pound.

Whenever I mix this tea with berries, or hybiscus and rosehips, it tastes amazing. Hybiscus and rosehips are great for your skin and these are wonderful herbs.
